i think it is intersting because it usually considers men for cybersecurity jobs. and they think men have more capacity to do the job some can't some can. and the high-quality tools are very resourceful for local government agencies. it is also great because people of color do not really get suggested for cyber security jobs and it is great they do. women could also be good at cybersecurity jobs because they could have the requirements and resources to help out in cybersecurity.
