Without deadlines, what really gets you to finish your work? I say just the feeling of having it done, and not stressing about the completing the assignment. Also, it saves you from the anxiety of having zeroes in the gradebook. It helps for future experiences to be on top of things early instead of doing it last second to get it done.

In my opinion, to stay motivated about something, I set goals I want to accomplish first. Second, try to do my best and don't give up. Write down each positive thing I experience throughout the day. Give me credit for the small things I do, and if I have some difficulties, ask for help, but never give up.
