The remains of the Chinese rocket came back towards Earth and crashed into the Indian Ocean. The bulk of the rocket was distroyed when it re-entred the atmosphere. There were no reports of injuries or damages. They did not know were it could land.

I saw that if it landed on someone's property, the Chinese government said they would pay for all damages. Sounds to me like a good way to get a new house, but, alas, it landed safely in the ocean. At least no one was hurt this way.
