Apple could limit iPhone 15's USB-C support

Due to the European mandate Apple is forced to incorporate USB Type-C ports on iPhones by 2024. Now this means that they will make it only USB-C but also could limit compatibility with other MFi-certified cables which means only cables certified by Apple will be the only cables to be able to charge an iPhone.

Will the charging port be USB-C now?

That cool. And that is only for the new phones.
