The European Union is trying to find a way to regulate ChatGPT and everything like that. But they're apparently having trouble with it because ChatGPT is too smart and it's also hard to regulate normal stuff that shouldn't be regulated. But the people who made the AI decided it was a good idea to teach the AI by giving it unrestricted internet access.
