I really think that this kind of research is super important because it could help us to see if anything at all could be coming towards us from space that would be harmful or dangerous. Like say there were meteors coming at us at mach speed, the pictures from the NASA satellites would help so greatly on how to determine when and where they are going and where and when to leave to go for shelter.

This sort of research is important, because large solar flares can damage electrity and electronic on earth for days. Abd when we know there coming it can help us prepare. Or just get us ready for it so we do not panic as much.

The research that the magazine tells us is useful for knowledge of the effects of a solar flare. Including the solar flare that is on its way to Earth. The solar flare that is on the way isn't a small solar flare but ten times an M flare. The effects of a solar flare can be no electricity for hours or days, an impact on radio communications, and many more.
