Amazon is planning to cut 18,000 jobs, most losses will come from its customer retail business and its human resources division. It wasn't said what countries will be affected but it includes Europe. Boss part of Amazon says they unexpectedly hired rapidly over several years, Amazon employees affected by the cuts will be told by January 18th.
