i use my phone more often than i thought i did, but at the same time i really didn't realize it, probably from the sheer amount of boredom i am experiencing, probably because of how much my parents use their phones all the time

I don't really use my phone mainly I use it when we are go somewhere sometimes, so when I am at home and sometimes when we go out to places that are close then I am not on and when i do it would be for like 10mins and the farther we go the more like I will use/be on the phone but just playing games and watching Youtube would be all I would used and the most amount of time on other than google chrome, and up to like 2mins to 5mins on the PlayStore when want to find something to download and play the game/app, ect. so pretty-much the total would be around like 1-hour or so. sometimes more and sometimes less but pretty-much an 1-hour.

I'm mostly on my phone playing dragon ball legend, honkai star rail, and dokkan but I do get really bored on my phone if I don't have any idea on what i should do also I'm on my phone for half of the day

my daily average screentime is 9 hours which I feel isn't that bad just because I know there are people out there that have a daily average screentime of 24 hours. 💀 so far, I've used my phone for only an hour just because of school but that hour is just spotify, snapchat, and twitter so yea, not that bad fr

I'm on my phone for 5 hour watching cold cases but I think with parents who are addicted to their phones will have a bad affect on their kids who will not have a strong bound with their parents.

I spend about 5 hours on my phone daily, it doesn't really bother me because I'm so used to it and it's considered normal now I guess.

100% honest, if I'm not on my PC I'm 100% on my phone. I'm not super crazed on it, I don't like using many social media for many reasons but I would much rather have a thoughtful, meaningful conversation rather than be on it 24/7. In the example of being in line, I feel uneasy around strangers so I often go on my phone to occupy my mind before I can go next. I do, however, use it often to talk to friends online and to answer my unending questions. I have an obsession with several subjects that I have as hobbies including; anything tech-related, art, 3D design and animation, and psychology. So it's more "if" I need my phone rather than "want" it. Besides a mind-resting break of course!

I will be on my phone for 3-4 hours sometimes on Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, or watching movies and it hurts my eyes and that's why I don't be on my phone too much now. I recommend children to not be on the phone too much it can damage their vision, not learning, not sleeping well, and all that kind of stuff.

I never noticed how much my parent were on their phones until I put my phone down for a bit and I relized how much of a effect it has on me.

Im usually on my phone for around 5 hours a day, usually listening to music, texting, or scrolling on social media.

Whenever im bored i just scroll on my phone i spend about 3 hours till i get bored of that then i just have to go find something else to do

Personally, I feel like cell phones are really the worst type of distraction we have nowadays, and some students really don't pay attention to anything other than their phones.

I agree, Phones are useful; however, many children in today's society are to addicted to their phones, especially younger children, it is a growing issue that needs to be dealt with.

Usually I'd say 3-6 hours, but it really just depends on how I'm feeling. Like if I'm bored, I scroll through my phone and entertain myself. Most of the time, when I'm on my phone I'm reading.

i use my phone daily for a total of 8 hours. Having too much screen time can change a childhood in a good and bad way it can make you miss a lot of good moments.

On average I'm on my phone for about 14 hours which makes sense in my head because I'm on my phone from the minute I wake up to minute I'm about to sleep. I also pick up my phone at least 231 times, and get 180-658 notifications a day. When I'm on my phone I'm mostly instagram, tiktok, vsco, and apple music.

i'm always on my phone, i use my phone to distract my mind, but i could go hours without my phone i think, but only when i don't is when im doing something to keep me busy or im sleep.
