What does the word "integrity" mean to you? Define it.

What is a recent example of an employer failing to comply with the law?

How should an employee respond when he/she sees a coworker failing to comply with a workplace policy or procedure?

(No names, please!)

Integrity Is a very important attribute to me. One example of an employer failing to comply with the law, would be my boss. Allegedly my boss lets certain people walk in without a face mask. If you see a coworker doing something that’s against the policy of the workplace, give your coworker a warning. If they continue to go against the policy, inform your boss of the situation.

I use Integrity to define how good a person is overall, weither if they lie a lot, are mean, etc. For example, a friend of mine told me their boss had re-opened a month ago, but they didn't enforce people to wear masks, My friend dealt with it by explaining to their ignorant boss by telling them how it can cause them to be closed down for good.

Having integrity means you're faithful to yourself and would do nothing that demeans or dishonors you.

The restaurants that let the workers not wear masks.

If a coworker saw that they should talk to the boss about the health risks and how they could get closed down.

Integrity to me, means to have morals that you stand by on a daily basis, and stick with them throughout life by being honest and all-around good person.

A great example is some restaurants allowing their employees to not wear face masks or gloves during their work shift.

If you were their co-worker you should inform them it a peacefully and discrete matter on it by getting the message to them without being ruthless or irrational.

To me, integrity is the ability, to be honest, and to stand up for what one believes in. A recent example of an employer failing to comply with the law would be allowing people in the place of business to not wear a mask. When an employee sees a coworker not complying with a workplace policy or procedure is to report them to the higher-ups and let them deal with it.

I agree with that statement, but you should go to the co-workers first. If they don't follow your instructions, then you go to the boss. It's just however you feels need to be done.

I don't think they are going to listen as long as they are making money, but the approach is strong are telling the boss. The outcome of the situation is on them for not being obedient to the laws given. The best thing to to is follow the rules yourself and lead by example.

For me integrity is doing and following what you believe is right and not straying from it. A more recent example of employers failing to comply with laws or revolving around making it mandatory for employees to wear face mask. If there are just a few employees not wearing mask even if the boss make it clear to then you should go to your boss, but if it’s your boss who’s not making it mandatory you should take the matter to someone higher up in the command chain.

Integrity is being strong mentally, and not crippling under pressure and doing the right thing. A recent example of an employer not following the law are the bosses who are not enforcing the masks-rule. This puts people in danger and is prolonging the disease. An employee should ask their coworker to follow protocol and if they don't, inform the employer.

Integrity to me means being honest and trusting one another.

A recent example is a co worker was drinking on the job and it wasn't reported to the boss.

A worker should've told the boss for the safety of the worker and the safety of others

The word integrity means to me is being honesty and following what you like. A recent example of an employer not following the law is not enforcing wearing a mask. If a employee sees a coworker not follow the workplace policy they can tell the boss.
