Recently the Biden administration denied vetoing a ruling by the International Trade Commission (ITC) which may result in an import ban on Apple Watches. Apple had infringed on a California-based startup AliveCor's heart-monitoring technology. However, the ban appeal process is expected to conclude sometime next year. Based on how the Patent Trial and Appeal board takes somewhere between 12-18 months.
